Turkey may end up on the EU’s blacklist of tax havens, according to confidential documents seen by Bloomberg. The news agency on Thursday reported that the EU working group tasked with coming up with the list said Turkey had not made enough progress on transparency and still needed to abolish sweetheart tax regimes. The EU’s blacklist is due in early December.
